The Pharmacy Incentive Scheme (PhIS) to improve patient access to the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).to support community pharmacies as dosing points for the NSW OTP with the aim of improving access to treatment for patients. The NSP scheme provides sterile injecting equipment to prevent the spread of blood borne viruses and the PhIS scheme increases community pharmacy participation in dosing clients for the opioid treatment program (OTP).
