Description

The Department of Health and Ageing is seeking tenders from organisations for the Specialist Data Warehousing and BI Panel for National Health Reform Enterprise Data Warehouse Program.

The Department held an Industry Briefing on Thursday 11th August 2011 to provide information on the upcoming tenders for the National Health Reform Enterprise Data Warehouse (NHR EDW) Program.This RFT is the second of the two tenders announced at the Industry Briefing.

This program is a component of the wider National Health Reform agenda that is being developed by the Commonwealth.The key deliverables of the NHR EDW Program are to:

a. Build the ICT capability for national reform stakeholders;

b. Build an ICT capability which is extensible over time to provide access to data to States and Territories and other agencies as part of health reform; and

c. Ensure compliance with rigorous privacy and security standards.
