Description
Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the purpose of providing Scaffold Platforms services to the South Australian Motor Sport Board for the Clipsal 500 Adelaide 2016 event and continuing until the 2018 event, subject to satisfactory performance.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following;
- Design, design verification, supply on hire, delivery to site, erection, independent certification, maintenance and removal of various structures, some of which include: corporate platforms, television broadcaster camera stands, disabled viewing platforms, premium GA platforms, integrated shade structures, and general admission bleachers.
- On-site adjustments as requested by the Principal or Superintendent.
- Attendance, surveillance and maintenance of all equipment pre, post and during the Event
A comprehensive Scope of Works will be provided to the applicants chosen to proceed to the tendering stage.
