Particulars
This contract is for the creation of an engaging, well informed and evidence-based Strategy that aligns with NSW net zero and climate resilience targets; provides a compelling narrative for change; and a clear 10-year roadmap for how DCJ will transition to net zero and become more resilient to a changing climate. Scope uplift: - machinery of government changes (establishment of Corrective Services NSW as a standalone entity and the creation of Homes NSW) impacted timelines and added complexity to emissions modelling. - changes in departmental structure required greater data analysis and a new approach to provide flexibility and modularisation for both current and future emissions calculations and reporting.
