Description
ChemCollect is a nationally co-ordinated, free, one-off collection scheme to ensure that unwanted and de-registered agricultural and veterinary chemicals, particularly organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), are safely collected from rural areas and destroyed in a socially and environmentally acceptable manner. Tenders are sought from suitably qualified waste contractors for the undertaking of Stage 4 of the above project, which only includes King and Flinders Islands.
