The project is staged in two main parts. Firstly the Poynton Street Office (500m2 approx), followed by the staged upgradeing of the existing medical premises at the Ceduna Community Health Centre. These are two separate sites. Work consists of demolition and trades mostly associated with refurbishment work including engineering services. Tenderers shall note this is a value selection tender call.
