Description

This Request is issued by the State of Western Australia represented by the Director General, Department of the Attorney General and the Director General, Department for Planning and Infrastructure (which for the purposes of this Request can be read as being the Contract Authority and/or Customer).
This Request specifies the Department of the Attorney General (DotAG) and Department for Planning and Infrastructure (DPI) requirements for the Delivery of Services for Enforcement of Court Processes and Services for Driver Licence Notices in Western Australia comprising:
• Civil enforcement processes in accordance with the Civil Judgments Enforcement Act 2004, which sets out the legislative requirements of court processes pertaining to civil judgments;
• Fines enforcement processes in accordance with the Fines Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994 (FPINE) legislation, which sets out the legislative requirements for the enforcement of court processes pertaining to fines; and
• Service of Driver Licence Notices in accordance with the Road Traffic Act 1974, which sets out the legislative requirements for the Service of Excessive Demerit Point Notices, Service of Breach Notices, and Service of Fitness to Hold Licence Notices.
