Aratula State School - Amenites Block Replacement

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new amenities block at Aratula State School, located at 41 Elizabeth St, Aratula QLD 4309, as part of the Regional Works Delivery program.

The scope includes demolition of the existing amenites block and construction of a new amenites block including male / female toilets, PWD and Staff facilities. The position of the building is in the middle of the school. All works are to be completed by April 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project.
