Flagstone State Community College Middle School Pod 3 Flexispace with design responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of a new flexible learning area and outdoor learning area at Flagstone State Community College, Poinciana Drive and Homestead Drive, Flagstone QLD 4280.

The works include the refurbishment of an existing general learning area in Middle School Pod 3 to create a new flexible learning area (Flexispace) in addition to the construction of a small outdoor learning area. All works are to be completed by 21 August 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.
