Description

The Australian Human Rights Commission (the Commission) is seeking tenders to provide monitoring and evaluation services for the second phase of the IncludeAbility project, titled Equality at Work.

The successful supplier will develop an evaluation plan, data collection and management plan, mid-term project evaluation report and final evaluation report using collaborative and participatory methods. The evaluation plan will be based on a draft Theory of Change, Program Logic and Outcomes Framework that has been co-designed for the project.

A Developmental Evaluation approach is preferred but the Commission is open to other proposed methods. The successful supplier will have demonstrated experience in impact measurement, monitoring, and evaluation and applying lived experience expertise to measurement approaches. The vendor will be skilled in developing meaningful stakeholder relationships, applying a human rights -based approach to montoring and evaluation and have knowledge of the disability policy landscape and the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).

The contract is to December 2026.
