Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake gas heaters & air conditioning works at East Wanneroo Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to the supply and install of inverter type split systems air conditioners and fresh air intake to each classroom in B Block and W Block currently serviced by Evaporative Air Conditioners. Gas heaters and evaporative units are to be removed and disposed of.
