Weipa Integrated Health Service (IHS) Chiller and HVAC Compliance Rectification - Principal Consultant

The Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS) has carried out a condition and evaluation report of the condition and compliance of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at Weipa Integrated Health Service.

The purpose of this Commission is to engage the required Principal Consultant to;

(i) Develop all required drawings and scope of work documentation which the TCHHS will include within its Construction Tender documentation, which informs potential tenderers to the construction program of all the work required to be undertaken,
(ii) Respond to any technical questions that arise from the tender process and during the construction program,
(iii) Arrange Form 15, Building approval, Environmentally Sustainable Design approval and any other required approvals documentation.
(iv) Arrange for Quantity Surveyors costing on approval of Schematic Design and Detailed Design
(v) Arrange Form 16 and final building certification.
(vi) The Consultant will be commissioned by Queensland Health. The Consultant will report directly to and provide comprehensive support to the Project Manager.
(vii) Queensland Health will under a separate commission appoint a Superintendent and Superintendent’s Representative to the Project.
