Wivenhoe Water Treatment Plant Upgrade (WTP) Project

Seqwater is seeking Proposals for the Design and Construction of the Wivenhoe Dam (Recreation) Water Treatment Plan Upgrade (WTP) Project.

Seqwater intends to undertake a full replacement and upgrade of the core elements of the WTP to include:

• all unit processes at the WTP site for treatment of raw water to produce treated water;
• replacement of main electrical supply and electrical reticulation assets for the WTP and retained
balance of plant equipment; and
• modernisation and standardisation of instrumentation, control and automation systems for local
and remote monitoring and control of the WTP and the wider water supply system operation.

Please also note the following :

1. Mandatory Criteria applies as detailed in Request for Tender Part 1 and summarised below

i) The Tenderer/Supplier must comply with the Ethical Supplier Threshold; and
ii) The Tenderer must have delivered at least 2 Design and Construct projects as the Principal Contractor, with the value in excess of $1Million. The projects must be a process upgrade involving a multiple of engineering disciplines at an operational Water Treatment
Plant in Australia in the last 5 years and have reached Practical Completion.
