Routine Maintenance - Chiller Plant and Equipment - Cairns

Provide labour, materials, and equipment to carry out planned routine maintenance services on the air conditioning chiller plant and associated equipment.

The Air-conditioning Chiller plant shall function on-demand and within its design parameters and be maintained to the manufacturer's specifications unless otherwise specified by James Cook University. Servicing shall be on a monthly basis during the third week of each month. Any variation to this must be approved by the Maintenance Supervisor.

This work includes the supply of any tasks, functions or responsibilities not specifically described as part of the section #1 Services, but which are necessary or incidental to the proper provision of the section #1 Services, and are therefore deemed to be included as part of the section #1 Services as if specifically described.

Urgent problems will be attended to as required, with timing to be specified by the Maintenance Supervisor and offset against the monthly service cost providing the general intent of this service and maintenance contract is not diminished.

Contract Duration: Three (3) years with the potential of Two (2) by One (1) year extensions at the discretion of James Cook University
