Description
The Office of Parliamentary Counsel (OPC) is seeking to establish a contract with a single supplier for the provision of Content Manager licensing, maintenance, support and associated services.
The scope of the procurement includes annual licence renewals and support for OPC’s existing on premises Content Manager v23.4 environment, the supply and ongoing management of additional licences, and the provision of software maintenance and technical support services for the duration of the contract.
The contract will also include the delivery of one off training services for designated OPC personnel. Additional goods and services, such as upgrades or professional services, may be managed through contract variations where required.
The contract is proposed for an initial term of 12 months, with extension options of up to two additional periods of 12 months each.
