02031ETI - Mt Crosby East Bank WTP - Centrifuge Upgrade Project

Seqwater is seeking Proposals for ETP Participants for the Mt Crosby East Bank Water Treatment Plant - Centrifuge Upgrade Project.

The Mt Crosby East Bank Centrifuge Upgrade will be delivered as an Early Tenderer Involvement (ETI) where the contractor(s) is engaged to assist with the development of the detailed design by the design consultant before tendering for a construction contract to deliver the works.

The objective of this ETI model is to engage a minimum of two contractors during the early stages of the project so they can participate in the design evolution. The approach also promotes and assists in building a better understanding of the project risks and how to manage them for the mutual benefit of the parties involved.
