Roma Hospital Redevelopment - Early Works #3 (Fire Services Works)

The Queensland Government is seeking proposals for a Building Contractor to undertake the Early Works #3 (Fire Services Works) in preparation for the Roma Hospital Redevelopment Main Works at the Roma Hospital site.

The project scope of Works generally incorporates (but is not limited to):

• The construction of new fire water tanks and supporting pumping infrastructure;
• The realignment of the fire ring main (the diversion of existing services on the site which support the existing hospital);
• A new internal access road established to maintain the servicing access to the existing hospital during the new hospital construction works;
• The provision of temporary water supply; and
• Other minor works.

There is no pre-tender meeting and/or site inspection required for this tender, however please refer to the Site Photos (RFO Attachment K).
