Queensland rail is seeking cost effective, innovative, minimal long term maintenance cost solution to replace these two structures.
German bridge is located at 171.760km on the Southern Line, between Toowoomba and Wyreema. The bridge is approximately 15.3m long with 3 triple single girder timber spans.
Kings bridge is located at 211.030km on the Southern Line, between Wyreema and Clifton. The bridge is approximately 72.1m long consisting of 10 x triple timber double girders.
