Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is seeking tender responses for DSDMIP-EDQ-1027-18 Demolition works for 53 Seventeen Mile Rocks Road, Oxley & 70 Park Road, Yeronga.
EDQ seek to engage a Contractor/s for the demolition, removal and clearing of the structures and foundations at both the former Oxley Secondary School, Oxley and the former Yeronga TAFE, Yeronga.
Tenderers have the option to submit a proposal for one or both sites.
A mandatory formal site inspection for the Oxley site will be undertaken on Monday 8 October 2018 from 9.00-11.00. Please meet at 53 Seventeen Mile Rocks Road. Tenderers must nominate a maximum of two attendees, including their contact details, for the formal site inspection/s a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site inspection. Tenderers must nominate a maximum of two attendees, including their contact details, for the formal site inspection/s a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site inspection.
