High level requirements are set out below: Assets must be easy to set up and use, requiring minimal technical expertise Assets must provide user groups with a plain internet service Asset must be able to be towed by in-service command or general purpose vehicles (trailer ATM less than 2000kg) Assets must be supported by a third party managed service model that does not negatively impact internal ICT teams and aligns to NSW SES operational requirements Assets must be rugged enough to withstand NSW SES operational requirements during all weather operation The connectivity service provided by the assets must allow for a seamless transfer from LTE mobile networks to satellite without interruption to the service Assets must be supported by standard SES Fleet Management plans or schemes (e.g. sgFleet) The solution should use standardised connections and language across other agencies to align with Whole of Government outcomes The asset should consider having the ability to address multiple capabilities (e.g. community engagement and storage) and provide forward command abilities The solution must be validated with SafeDesign elements including; ergonomics, manual handling, noise, electrical safety, RF EME safety, chemical/dangerous goods (e.g. fuel) and be compliant with Australian Design Regulation (ADR) The solution must adhere to NSW SES Cyber Security Policy and follow any protocols prescribed
