Description of the goods and services to be provided
A module utilising existing licencing (App Engine), custom task types and tables within NSW Resources ServiceNow instance. The module will provide an improved inspection resource allocation and tasking capability including a customised User Interface (UI) to achieve a ‘drag-and-drop’ scheduling capability. The vendor will build on existing functional requirements to: Review, refine and validate business requirements for the module.Prepare high-level designs for acceptance by the business.Design the module and develop a detailed development backlog in ServiceNow.Build the designed module in the NSW Resources ServiceNow instance.Assist with UAT and remediate defects identified.Provide documentation of the solution and assist in development of training materials.Provide a period (up to 1 month) of hypercare with appropriate resource availability following go live.
