To support the delivery of the Outreach Plan, key activities are likely to involve: providing feedback on the draft plan and associated communication materials to enable these to be finalised and approved.preparing additional communication materials such as briefing notes / updates for elected representatives and Council planning officers, key messages, FAQs, program milestone diagrams, fact sheets, display materials and presentations.reviewing and improving the existing RHP Knowledge Hub content and revision process.coordinating regular meetings with Council planning teams to provide updates on RHP activities (buyback home relocations, demolitions, raising, rebuilds and retrofits) and encouraging timely Council approvals of Development Applications.coordinating home relocation information events for RHP participants in the Lismore, Tweed and other local government areas.preparing Ministerial correspondence about RHP matters.internal communication including participating in planning sessions and preparing action plans, activity and performance reports, and presentations.
