Description of the goods and services to be provided
The NPWS Buildings Compliance Project will require the procurement of contractors to undertake site inspections, produce compliance reports and draft up floor plans of workplaces (i.e. offices and depots) and staff accommodation. The floor plans will assist in compliance to evacuation plans. The compliance reports will detail what building/site is compliant and the scope required to make buildings/sites compliant at an estimated cost. The key deliverables detailed will ensure NPWS buildings portfolio can remain compliant with current building standards and codes.
