Queensland Rail invites you to submit a tender for the provision of Civil/ Structures Engineering and Investigative Services Panel (QRP-21-42).

Please refer to the attached Preamble, Invitation & Conditions of Tendering and Scope of Works to determine whether your company will submit a response.

Ariba eSourcing

Tenderers who wish to access the complete package of tender documents and are interested in submitting a response please follow the below instruction:

1. Tenderers are to email the nominated Contact Officer ([email hidden]) to register to access the tender documents and online response form in the Ariba eSourcing system. Please include the following details in your email:

• Name of Tendering Organisation
• Name of Tender Representative
• Email Address
• Phone Number

2. If the Tenderer elects to submit a tender response, they must do so by using the Ariba eSourcing system. Please refer to the attached document "Ariba Guide for Suppliers (v1.1)" for instructions.
3. Tenderers are encouraged to carefully read all documentation available for download in the Ariba eSourcing system to ensure the tender submitted meets all Queensland Rail’s requirements.

Queensland Rail will only accept tender responses submitted via the Ariba eSourcing system.
For this tender (QRP-21-42), the information uploaded on QTenders is not all the tender information, however it is intended to assist interested tenderers to determine whether the scope of works is suitable for their company profile and capability.
