Rochedale South State School Roof Replacements (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of four (4 no.) Roof Replacements at Rochedale South State School, located at 15/37 Wendron Street, Rochedale South, QLD, 4123, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program (TMP).

The scope of works will include the roof replacements and re-pitches to four (4 no.) roofs on the Administration building, Tuckshop, C and J Block, as well as new gutters, fascia’s and soffits. This project will require the safe removal of Asbestos Containing Material on all four buildings.

Works are to begin in the April School Holidays and all works are to be completed by June 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
