Specialist Pharmacy Automation Maintenance & Support (SPAMS)

South Metropolitan Health Services (SMHS) requires the provision of maintenance and support services for the specialist automated medication storage Equipment currently located at Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) and Fremantle Hospital (FH). The Equipment is used to manage the supply, delivery, storage and governance of medications at both hospital sites and is a critical component for assuring patient safety and delivering high quality clinical outcomes. To ensure continuity of service and to avoid adverse clinical and operational outcomes, SMHS also requires the provision of replacement equipment through outright purchase or under options such as loan agreements.
