Description
The ACMA has a requirement to purchase a specialist Case Management software toolset.The toolset must be highly configurable and incorporate a wide range of functionality, including but not limited to information capture, validation, workflow, case allocation, correspondence generation, searching, performance management and reporting.
The intention is to consolidate a wide range of business areas onto a single Case Management platform.The toolset will need to be extremely flexible and have the ability to interact with other applications at a systems level.Historical case management data will need to be migrated into the new toolset for easy access and consolidation.TenderHub gathers information continuously from a variety of sources.
