Power generation and distribution services are provided to the communities of Christmas Island and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands by the Indian Ocean Territories Power Service (IOTPS). This procurement aims to establish a panel of suitably certified and accredited suppliers under a Standing Offer arrangement for an initial period of three years, with two options to extend for a further one year each.
