Assist in the handling, preparation and packing of specialised food products to high standards of food safety and hygiene consistent with the international requirements of HACCP (hazard analysis critical control point) food safety system and applicable regulations and codes of practice. For inclusion in the ration packing program for the Australian Defence Force.
