The Western Australian State Government’s Department of Finance (DoF), Building Management and Works (BMW) are the owner of McIver House, 297 Fitzgerald St E, Northam WA 6401. JLL, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to carry out the works to modernise the existing air distribution systems, as outlined by BCA mechanical consulting engineers.
Scope of work is including, but not limited to:
1- Ductwork supply & installation
2- VAVs supply & installation
3- Pipework and lagging supply & installation
4- Air dampers supply & installation
5- Electrical works (including AHU VSD installation)
6- Mechanical controls
7- Commissioning
8- Maintenance of the newly installed equipment (12 months).
9- Project Management
10- Engineering & Drafting.
