Description
The work consists of the construction of a new Production and Office facility for the Phoenix Society Inc at Elizabeth South consisting of a project area of 1950m2. The Production facility will comprise a portal framed building, precast base with metal cladding over, curved metal clad roof, with evaporative air conditioning. The Office facility of 425m2 comprises a portal framed building, brickwork base with metal cladding over, curved metal roof, aluminium sunshades, reverse cycle air conditioning and associated car parking, civil works, landscaping etc. There is also a large 625m2 undercover loading dock. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
