RAAF Base Pearce Redevelopment Stage 1

The project aims to address the ageing, substandard, non-compliant and dysfunctional infrastructure and facilities through a combination of new construction and refurbishment works.

The project consists of 10 Elements; Engineering Services, Fuel Farm, Fuel Quality Control Centre, Hanger 95 refurbishment, Engine Run Up Facility, Combined Mess, DRN to Base Cinema, Demolition of Redundant Facilities, Living In Accommodation, C17 and Air Movements.

The project is being delivered using a Managing Contractor Contract.

The project Site is at RAAF Base Pearce, Bullsbrook WA.

The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, revised September 2005, reissued June 2006, applies to this project.The Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme authorised by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (Cth) and the Building and Construction Industry Improvement (Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2005 (Cth) applies to this contract.
