SAP Development, Support and ongoing maintenance services

Tenderers are sought who are able to provide specialist technical personnel to undertake project-related development or day to day ongoing support and maintenance of the AGD Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP version ECC 6.0 including future error corrections, support packages, enhancement packages and upgrades) and the SAP systems of other participating agencies or departments.

Tenderers are sought who have personnel with specialist technical skills in at least one of the following:
a. Finance and Controlling such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, general ledger, cost and profit centre management, budgeting and planning;
b. Human Capital Management / Human Resources such as employee administration, organisational management, time and attendance, talent management, workforce planning;
c. Payroll and related functions
d. Enterprise Portal including employee and manager self service (ESS/MSS) and other automated processes;
e. SAP Enterprise Learning and Learning Solution;
f. Environment, Health and Safety Management;
g. Governance, Risk and Compliance Management;
h. Reporting, Analytics and Business Intelligence including SAP Business Warehouse / Intelligence and Business Objects;
i. Logistics, Inventory and Materials Management;
j. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) including contract and procurement management;
k. Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
l. Travel Management;
m. Investment Management;
n. Project Systems;
o. Public Sector Solutions such as Grants Management and Federal Government Financials and Human Resources solution extensions;
p. SAP Development Tools and Technologies including ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, Web Dynpro for ABAP, SAPscript, Smart Forms, SAP Interactive Forms;
q. SAP Workflow;
r. Security, Authorisations and Identity Management;
s. SAP Program and Project Management / Administration;
t. SAP Change Management and Training;
u. SAP Testing and Data Migration;
v. SAP Solution Extensions (including OCR and Scanning);
w. Basis / NetWeaver and other SAP technologies for System Support such as Solution Manager, and
x. Help Desk Advice / Operational Support including incident and problem resolution and management.
