Programmed Facility Management (Programmed FM) has been engaged by Department of Communities to deliver a portion of the Social Housing Economic Recovery Package (SHERP).
The SHERP is to aid in the WA Covid-19 economic recovery and support the WA Construction industry while improving the lifespan and quality of homes available for social housing.
As part of this package Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake MW Roof Replacement Karloo at 42 Assen Street, Karloo.
The Work includes but is not limited to:
• Roof Carpentry.
• Roof Replacement
