Description
The new 700m access road and Park Road intersection upgrade Tender is Stage 1 of the West Ridge development. Stage 2 will be a separate Tender and consist of car park civil works and amenities area. The West Ridge civil works are a portion of the overall development associated with the implementation of the John Forrest National Park improvement project.
The Works of the John Forrest NP West Ridge access road will be constructed as a complete Works package and shall include all materials, labour, equipment and cartage as necessary for the due and proper completion of the works comprising of, but not limited to, the following elements:
- Vegetation clearing and bulk earthworks
- Roadworks – including access road and Park Road intersection upgrade
- Drainage works
