PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS

The South Australian Government has selected a number of economic and social infrastructure projects that are to be further investigated for potential public-private partnerships (PPPs). Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies that can provide expert services to develop an Outline Business Case for these projects. The Outline Business Case will evaluate whether it is feasible to develop the projects as PPPs. In this regard, DAIS wishes to establish a shortlist of preferred companies (or groups of companies) that can contribute services in financial analysis, cost estimating, project procurement and associated risk analysis. Shortlisted companies will subsequently be invited to tender for the right to provide services to specific potential public-private partnership projects.
