Proposals are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to:
1. determine if and how the SAMFS workshop can achieve best practice industry standard and thereby significantly reduce its cost of doing business.
2. subject to 1, develop an appropriate business model and strategy to move the workshop in thedesired direction.
Respondents should separately cost, resource and develop work plans for each of the stages of the project.
