The Office of Energy is seeking to develop an understanding of the impact of rebates in the solar water heater market.
The successful Respondent will be required to undertake research and analysis and provide a report that includes a model that demonstrates an understanding of the Western Australian water heater market. The emphasis of this report will be on solar water heaters to assist the Office of Energy to make informed decisions about the State government’s Solar Water Heater Subsidy Scheme
