Description
You are invited to submit a Response to this Expression of Interest (“EOI”) in accordance with the Instructions to become a panel supplier under the State Procurement Board’s (Principal) Across Government Contract for the Provision of Fuels and Lubricants.
There are two distinct contracts associated with this EOI. They are:
1. The supply of fuels and lubricants from retail service stations on a Fuel Card (“Fuel Card”) arrangement; and
2. The direct supply of fuels and lubricants in bulk and packages (“Bulk Fuel”).
Suppliers are able to respond to one or both of the above services.
Please note that direct negotiations will be held with all existing panel Suppliers of both current Across Government Contracts for the Provision of Fuels and Lubricants (Fuel Card and Bulk Fuel).
Existing panel Suppliers should NOT respond to this EOI unless they wish to indicate their interest in becoming a panel Supplier to the ‘other’ fuel and lubricants contract to which they are not currently a party to (Fuel Card or Bulk Fuel).
