Description
Tenders are invited for the design and construction of 8 residential 2-bedroom units at Moonah. Design for the units shall be undertaken in accordance with minimum universal design standards for social housing projects; the units shall achieve a 6 star energy rating; and all units are to be constructed to meet the Australian Standards for Adaptable Housing AS4299-1995 Class C. Construction is required to be completed by November 2010.
