The Housing Innovations Unit (HIU) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consulting team to prepare Master Plans for four Crown land sites around Tasmania. The prime objective of the Master Plans is to support re-zoning of the sites to allow future residential development including a mix of affordable housing options.
