Description
~~The main components of work are:
• Construct new car parking (43 standard car and 10 long vehicle bays) and associated (2 way) roads
• Construct pedestrian paths and gathering areas
• Excavate site for new underground toilet tanks and leach drains
• Supply and install wheel stops and culvert pipe
• Installation of bollards and vehicle barriers (rock)
• Carry out rehabilitation earth works
• Manage visitors and tourist traffic - Prepare and implement Traffic Management Plan, construct temporary car park and demarcate gorge access trail if required
• Meet a 15 to 25% indigenous employment outcome for the duration of the project.
