This request for tender is for the demolition of the following Department of Housing properties;
Lot 52 (7) Chapman Street, Bassendean
1945 built 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick constructed single detached house.
7 Chapman Street Bassendean is to be fully demolished and the site cleared for re-development. Side boundary fences are to remain. Water meter is to remain. All trees, bushes & roots on the site are to be removed. Proof digging down to 600mm is to be completed and all rubbish, tree roots over 75mm and uncovered asbestos to be removed. All grass is to be removed from site, including the verge. All paving, driveways, outbuildings, loose items, wing fences and clotheslines are to be removed. Council Crossovers are to remain. Site to be raked and sifted to remove all vegetation and rubbish. Asbestos conditions outlined in 7 Chapman Street Bassendean BCA Reports are attached – please treat suspected materials as asbestos and dispose of accordingly.
