Description
The purpose of this project is to remediate the concrete marine structures described in the Scope of Works (SoW).
The general form of works will be a maintenance contract over a 12 month initial period with an option for MWPA to review and renew, or retender after the initial period.
Concrete repairs will broadly include:
• Conventional concrete patch repair.
• Concrete patch repair with the application of cathodic protection.
• Crack repair and anti-carbonation / waterproof protective coating systems.
This Request document outlines the requirements to enable a competent, capable, suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide an offer for undertaking the Berth 3 Extension, Berth 4 and Berth 5 concrete repairs and associated works.
