Description
Programmed Facility Management (Programmed FM) has been engaged by Building Management and Works (BMW) to deliver a range of Maintenance Services across seven government agencies. These agencies are the Department of Attorney General (DoTAG), Department of Corrective Services (DCS), Department of Culture and the Arts (DCA), Department of Education (DoE) - North and South (primarily schools located in the Perth metro area), Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES), Department of training and Workforce Development (DTWD) and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA).
The Management Services include but are not limited to;
Breakdown Repairs;
Routine Maintenance;
Property Services;
Low Value Maintenance Work; and
Projects
In order to meet its obligations under its Maintenance Service Agrrangement (MSA) with BMW, Programmed FM is seeking to simplify and streamline its practises by establishing a Consultancy network to deliver Services across the agencies.
Programmed FM is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to undertake a variety of tasks associated with these Services.
