Description
The Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management (DPFEM) is seeking a suitable consultant to develop and manage a number of Statutory Maintenance Contracts.
This tender is to provide comprehensive services for the Statutory Management of building services and related systems and tendering of statutory maintenance contracts.
It is anticipated that this service will be for between 160 and 200 buildings which vary in size from multi-story buildings to single story sheds.
