Mount Crosby State School - Teaching Block 3 Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Teaching Block 3 Refurb at Mount Crosby SS, located at 541 Mount Crosby Rd, Karana Downs QLD 4306, as part of the (SIE) program.

Refurbishment of existing Teaching Block 3 - Building is one storey and contains 4 Classrooms and one break-out room. The position of the building is in the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by March 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
