Description

The National Museum of Australia (NMA) is undertaking the implementation of its digital strategy to build a world leading digital museum through multiple streams of digital delivery across its Collections, Experience and Technology (Digital Program).

As a part of this Digital Program the NMA is seeking to develop the necessary policies, infrastructure, systems, skills and standards to collect and preserve digitised and digital cultural collections, and to meet evolving expectations around digital access and engagement. This Program will enable new capability in Digital Preservation, as well as providing the structure for long-term capacity building.

The NMA used information from an earlier RFI to better understand the TDR solutions available in the market.

The NMA is now approaching the market to procure a functional TDR for implementation as part of the NMA’s Digital Program.
