Base Audible Alert System

Defence requires the supply and installation of solar powered wireless audible alert systems at a number of specific Defence sites. Once a contract is in place, the selected contractor will progressively install and test equipment at each base according to an agreed plan. Defence will identify installation locations and obtain the necessary installation approvals before the contractor arrives at a base. Subject to a final sensibility check the contractor will install its devices at the identified locations and conduct system tests. Defence will undertake a system acceptance test in conjunction with the contractor but the contractor will remain responsible for the system performance requirements.
