Description
EMA is seeking quotations for the provision of consultancy services in the field of evaluation. The current evaluation system was established in 2000 and comprises of two tools/instruments, established methods for data collection, analysis and reporting and a set of procedures. This system was amended in the proceeding years. It is now time to review the system and to make improvements. EMA is looking for a consultancy service to do this as well as to assist in the management of the change process.
